We stand behind our products with the same confidence we have in our grippy fabrics and supportive designs. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right – because your pole journey should be as flawless as your favorite high-waisted bottoms.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, garter sets, and grippy items cannot be returned unless defective
  • Final sale items (marked as such) are not eligible for return

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps smoother than executing a perfect aerial invert:

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond faster than you can change into your favorite loungewear (typically within 24 hours) with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack your return in the original packaging if possible – we recommend protecting those cheeky cuts and high-leg designs like the treasures they are
  4. Ship It Back: Send your package to our San Diego studio (address below) using a trackable shipping method
  5. Get Your Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your request within 3 business days

Refund Information

Once we receive and approve your return:

  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we approve your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or style? Our exchange process is easier than stepping into our jumpsuits:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate your desired exchange item in your request
  • We’ll ship your new item as soon as we process your return
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • All bodysuits and grippy items (our signature fabrics deserve proper care)
  • Garter sets (because hygiene matters as much as looking fierce)
  • Cut-out designs (these intimate pieces require special handling)
  • Any items marked as final sale (like those limited-edition Barbiecore or black everything collections)

Defective Items

Found an issue with your order? We’ll fix it faster than perfecting that new pole combo! Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the defect and we’ll make it right – no need to wait for return approval.
