Who wears Radd Pole Wear?
Our target clientele are pole dance enthusiasts who want to look as fierce as they feel while training or performing! Whether you’re a pole studio regular, a competition performer, or just love the confidence boost of our cheeky cuts and grippy fabrics, we’ve got the perfect pole armor for you.
What styles do you offer?
From Barbiecore pink to black everything, we’ve got all the polewear aesthetics covered! Our collection includes:

How do I choose the right size?
We know polewear needs to fit like a second skin! Check our detailed size charts for each product – they account for our “blessed with a chest” customers too. When in doubt between sizes, size up for comfort or down for maximum grip (your choice based on preference!).
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We process orders in 1-2 business days (weekends are for pole practice, not packing!). Then choose your delivery speed:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days after shipping via DHL/FedEx
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days after shipping via EMS
Pro tip: Order your performance pieces early in case of shipping delays!
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship globally except to some remote areas and parts of Asia (blame logistics, not us!). From San Diego to Sydney, London to Lagos – if you can pole there, we’ll try to ship there!
How can I track my order?
We’ll email your tracking number faster than a perfect pirouette! Follow your pole treasure’s journey from our San Diego studio right to your door (or pole studio).
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Not loving your new piece as much as you hoped? We get it – sometimes studio lighting plays tricks! You’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Just keep those tags attached and that radd energy flowing!
How do I start a return?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and what didn’t work for you. We’ll guide you through the process – no complicated forms, we promise!
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on grippy bottoms or bodysuits that have been tried on without underwear. All other items must be unworn with tags attached.
Payments & Accounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal. Your payment security is as important to us as your pole safety!
Can I create an account?
Absolutely! Creating an account lets you track orders faster and saves your info for future purchases (because who has time to re-enter details between pole sessions?).
